Fr. Martin O’Loghlen

Accused of abuse of a minor 1965-68, per 2004 archdiocese 2004 report. Active in Myanmar and Philippines in 2004. In 2011 removed from from assignment at Holy Name of Mary in San Dimas, where he had been for two years. Archdiocese admitted it “did not fully consult records” that showed he had admitted to a sexual ‘relationship’ with a high school girl in the 1960s. The vicar of clergy in charge of checking records resigned. HIs victim settled the civil suit with the order and priest in 1999 for $100K.
