Monsignor. Named publicly as credibly accused by archdiocese in 9/18 of the sexual abuse of a minor. Pastor of St. Joseph in Kingston 1982-1994, pastor of St. John the Evangelist in Saugerties 1994-2009, Regional vicar of Ulster County 1989-2010. Retired in 2011. On archdiocese’s list 4/29/19. In 6/19 the archdiocese announced that a canonical trial deemed Williams not guilty. He was not to be returned to ministry due to his “age and health.”
