1 Accused in This Religious Order
Sr. Casilda Pudei
First named publicly as accused on the Santa Fe archdiocese's list 11/8/18. It notes a report received in 1993 of abuse in 1957. Pudei was assigned to St. Edward's School in Carlsbad 1956-57. She died in 1987. On Las Cruces diocese's list of credibly accused 11/08/18. (News accounts mistakenly categorize Pudei as a priest - the diocese's list does not indicate that Pudei was a nun.)
