Accused in 2002 of one incident of sexual misconduct during the 1961-62 school year with a 10-year-old girl in a parish school in the Indianapolis archdiocese. Daylor was suspended. She denied the allegation and the complainant did not wish to file suit.
A woman filed suit in 8/03 alleging that Thieneman sexually abused her several times in the 1974-75 school year. The nun allegedly would take her out of class for counseling and abuse her. The alleged victim told her parents in 1983 or 1984 and a psychological evaluation supported her claims. Her father went to the Order in 1984, but no action. Order said there were no other complaints. The woman herself went to Archbishop Kelly in 1992. He said that Thieneman was assigned to a hospital in a controlled environment. Suit withdrawn in 1/03. Thieneman ied 1/21/13.
Member of the Dominican Sisters of Peace, first assigned in 1975. In 7/18 a woman alleged that Zuccarelli molested her in 1982 when she was a student at Fisher Catholic High School in Lancaster. The Order removed Zuccarelli from ministry and restricted her from unsupervised contact with minors and former students. Zuccarelli taught at Fisher High 1980-85. Prior to that she was a teacher at Desales High 1975-77 and Catholic Central High in Steubenville 1978-80. Taught at Georgetown University's School of Nursing 1995-99, chaplain there at St. Mary's Hall and Darnall Hall 1996-2002. Director of academic enrichment and student life until 2003. Professor at Salve Regina University in RI from 2003 until her 2018 removal. The Order deemed the allegation credible.
