Sr. Benen Kent
Given name Margaret Agnes. Took first vows in 1938. Accused in a 2005 suit by a woman of abuse when she was a child 1962-1967. Two more women filed suit in 2006. They claim the order knew Kent was mentally ill and had behaved questionably with children. Allegedly abused in Chicago IL and MN. Died in 2003. In 4/2007 a Court dismissed one suit due to the statute of limitations, parts of a second and left the third intact. Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal 4/30/2008. Claims settled in 9/2008. Two women received $400K. Other accusers have come forward. Accused in a lawsuit filed in Winona MN in 4/2016 of the sexual abuse of two minors 1958-1961.

Sr. Georgene Stuppy
Accused in a 1992 lawsuit of sexually abusing a girl, ages 13-17, at a parish school 1978-1981. Stuppy did not deny the physical relationship but said she did not see it as sexual. Settled in 1993. Stuppy spent the last 20 years of her career working in various capacities at Assisi Heights in Rochester, MN (the Order's main headquarters). She died 5/23/2009 at age 70.
