At time of arrest, he was working in South Amboy, NJ in the Metuchen diocese. He apparently left Milwaukee in 1991 and lived in India for some time before living and working in several states between 1993 and 2004. Diocese knew in 1993 because youth testified then re abuse by his uncle, Fr. Dennis Pecore, and by Palathingal. Also abused in Louisiana. Sentenced to 16 yrs prison in 2004.Milwaukee, WISource:

Parlangeli said he was too tired to camp and rented a hotel room. Drugs caused convulsions; Parlangeli had to take youth to hospital ER. Police notifed; he was arrested. Edmond A.1968PSuedDiocesanAccused in a 2/26/04 suit of abusing 2 brothers in the early 1970s. One alleges that the abuse began when he was 10 years old, that Parrakow used alcohol and porn to groom him, and that the abuse included oral rape. Suit accused Parrakow of transporting a 3rd boy to PA in 1975 and sexually abusing him there. He was incardinated in the Greensburg diocese as a parish priest 1986-88, and then went on sick leave in New York. James J.1963PSuedDiocesanPlaced on leave in 2000 without privileges after archdiocese substantiated claims that he engaged in sexual misconduct. The archdiocese had also investigated in 1994 but could not substantiate an allegation of sexual abuse in 1970s. In 2002 one man said he met Pavlik in Japan in 1970 when he was 17. When he returned to states, he was 18 and went to see Pavlik in St. Louis, Pavlik tried to molest him at rectory until the youth threatened to gete a knife and use it on Pavlik.
