McG spent time with Eugene's family in Munich and with Eugene at
camp in Bavaria during McG's tertianship, and then brought him to
Loyola Academy in 1965. Eugene was allegedly abused sexually in Germany.
The boy lived with McGuire at Loyola Academy (which is not a boarding
school) and McG "made continuous threats of deportation"
if Eugene "did not do what he wanted him to do." It is unclear
whether Eugene alleges sexual abuse at Loyola. There was "continual
psychological and physical abuse." Eugene's parents gave generously
to McG and Eugene even bought a car for him. |

Innsbruck. McG "especially cared for" the boy and "was
quite frequently with him". McG took him to Ireland in Summer
1964 and upon their return, the police investigated. |

spiritual director. McG baptized Doe and gave him ifrst communion.
His abuse of Doe allegedly began in San Francisco when the boy was
age 11, during a visit by Mother Teresa to her nuns in 1989. McG would
allegedly molest Doe during his annual or more frequent visits to
San Francisco. McGuire asked Doe's mother to bring him to Canisius
House in Spring 1991 to live with him for several weeks and molested
him there. McG's last sexual abuse of Doe occurred in 2001 during
a lay retreat in Walnut Creek CA. |

age 9 at the boy's home in Phoenix, when McGuire attempted to penetrate
the boy's anus during confession in the boy's home. Abuse continued
during McGuire's visits to Arizona and at Canisius House (see below)
when the family visited McGuire in Evanston. McGuire used pornography
in the abuse, touched the boy sexually, and had the boy massage McGuire's
genitals. John Doe 117 is the older brother of John Doe 118 (see below). |

McG knew John Doe 130's mother before Doe was born, and after extensive
grooming, McG allegedly began molesting Doe in about 1990 when the
boy was age 14. The abuse continued in California, Illinois, and other
places in the U.S. and overseas, until the mother put a stop to it
in 1995, by which time she was afraid of McG and afraid of what he
was doing to her child. Abuse included sexual assaults, explicit pornography,
exhibitionism, sexually graphic discussions, and forcing Doe to perform
full-body sexual massages. |

McG traveled to a retreat in Helena CA with an Anchorage boy. The
head of the retreat center complained to the boy's mother and to the
Chicago provincial that the boy was sleeping in McG's room and that
the circumstances were not right. The boy continued on with McG to
Mother Teresa's nuns in Tijuana, and then, in a meeting, McG was told
only to be with the boy if a parent was present. |

McG traveled with this boy and other boys to Russia, and a priest
on the trip expressed concern about McGuire's behavior with one of
the boys. The boy's father and several colleagues investigated, and
discovered that McG was showing the 16-year-old boy hard pornography,
spent the night with the boy, and had the boy massage him. These revelations
forced the Chicago Jesuits in 1993 to send McG to St. Luke's Institute
for evaluation and to St. John Vianney for treatment. |

high school and college. McGuire used confession and pornography to
groom Victim C and had him massage McGuire's buttocks and testicles.
When Victim C complained to his parents, who complained to the Jesuits,
McGuire lied to the Jesuits and then monitored Victim C's calls to
his parents. |

old when he began a 1999-2000 stint as McGuire's assistant, and that
McGuire alienated the boy from his parents and friends. Jesuits refused

Bishop Boland intervened. |

McGuire officiating; the boys' parents held a fundraiser for McGuire
