Worked in the Buffalo NY diocese at St. Francis High School in 1993 and 2000-2003. Parochial vicar at St. Paul in Kensington, CT 2006-2011. Removed by Order 7/4/2011 for inappropriate contact with a minor. Hospitalized 7/2011 during police investigation. Personal computer confiscated. Arrested 7/12/2011; charged with five counts of risk of injury or impairing morals of a minor, improper text and facebook messages. Implicated by at least nine minors. Re-arrested in 6/2012 for possession of child pornography. Pleaded guilty to all charges 5/1/2013. Privileges permanently removed. Sentenced to five years in prison and 20 years probation. Included on the Hartford archdiocese’s list 1/22/2019. In 6/2025 the Missouri State Highway Patrol Sex Offender Registry shows Miller as living at the RECON facility in Robertsville.
