Thirteen women filed a suit against David Lloyd Walther claiming he possessed pornographic images depicting them being sexually abused as children.
A federal lawsuit has been filed against a former Round Rock pastor previously sentenced for possession of child pornography.
Multiple people filed the suit Wednesday in Austin against David Lloyd Walther, who served as the pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Round Rock before his arrest in 2022.
Among those suing Walther are 13 women who are listed in the documents under the pseudonyms: “April” Doe, “Angela” Doe, “Chelsea” Doe, “Cara” Doe, “Lily” Doe, “Maria” Doe, “Sarah” Doe, “Pia” Doe, “Sloane” Doe, “Violet” Doe, “Maureen” Doe, “Taylor” Doe and “Jenny” Doe. The suit states that all of these women were sexually abused as children, and that their abuse was “depicted in images of child pornography” possessed by Walther.
